基于水文水动力模型的平原地表水资源研究

摘  要:区域水资源量是水资源精细化管理的基础,研究地表水资源量、科学制定水资源规划迫在眉睫。然而,平原河网区水流流向、流态随机性大,水量交换关系错杂;同时缺乏径流资料,使得计算平原河网区地表水资源量成为难题。因此,以典型平原河网区泰州市海陵区为研究对象,将下垫面概化为水面、水田、旱地和城镇建设用地4类;基于下垫面资料、水文气象资料和河流水系资料,构建了海陵区水文水动力耦合模型,对该区域的本地地表水资源进行模拟研究;最后计算出海陵区地表水资源量为13601万m 3,并得到验证期模型模拟的纳什效率为0.77,相对误差为8.63%,拟合较好。The amount of regional water resources is the basis of refined management of water resources,so it is urgent to study the amount of surface water resources and scientifically plan water resources.However,due to the randomness of the flow direction and flow pattern,the complexity of water exchange relationship and the lack of runoff data,it is difficult to calculate surface water resources in plain river network areas.Therefore,taking Hailing District of Taizhou City,a typical plain river network district,as the research object,the underlying surface is generalized into four types of water surface,paddy field,dry land and urban construction land,and based on the underlying surface data,hydrometeorological data and river system data,the hydrologic-hydrodynamic coupling model is constructed to study local surface water resources.The surface water resources in Hailing are calculated to be 136.01 million m 3.The Nash efficiency simulated by the model during the verification period is 0.77 and the relative error is 8.63%,showing that the fit is better.
