摘 要:目前,污泥脱水处理过程中所采用的脱水评价指标广泛应用于城市废弃泥浆,由于污泥与城市废弃泥浆的性质不同,选取脱水药剂的评价指标不同,导致药剂比选难以标准化。以PAC,FeCl_(3),PFS和CPAM4种脱水药剂为例,通过测定调理后泥浆的沉降速率、泥面高度、比阻(SRF)、毛细吸水时间(CST)以及压滤后的泥饼含水率等指标,分析各指标间的相关性。结果表明:同一药剂不同投加量之间的CST和SRF具有显著相关性(R^(2)分别为0.89,0.99,0.94,0.99);沉降泥的SRF和CST值分别与泥饼含水率之间存在明显的线性关系(R^(2)分别为0.95,0.98),可很好地表征调理泥浆的脱水效果。建议采用CST作为泥浆脱水性能的评价指标,在未来筛选泥浆脱水药剂的实际操作过程中,可提高脱水药剂筛选效率。At present,the dehydration evaluation indexes used in the sludge dehydration process are widely used in municipal waste sludge.Due to the different properties of sludge and municipal waste sludge,the evaluation indexes for selecting dehydration agents are different,which makes it difficult to standardize the selection of agents.Taking four dehydration agents,PAC,FeCl_(3),PFS and CPAM as examples,the mud sedimentation velocity,mud surface height,specific resistance to filtration(SRF),capillary suction time(CST)and water content of the mud cake after conditioning,were investigated respectively in order to analyze the correlation among those indexes.The results indicate a significant correlation between CST and SRF among different dosages of the same agent(R^(2) values are 0.89,0.99,0.94 and 0.99,respectively);There is an obvious linear relationship between the SRF and CST of the settled mud and the water content of the mud cake(R^(2) values are 0.95 and 0.98,respectively),which can well characterize the dehydration performance of the conditioning mud.Therefore,this study proposes to use CST as the evaluation index of mud dehydration performance,which can improve the screening efficiency of dehydration agents in the actual operation process of screening mud dehydration agents in the future.
