摘　　要：民主党派工作是党的统一战线工作中的重要一环。在新时代,高校民主党派成员在其思想政治方面展现出了新的特征,加强其思想引领工作显得尤为重要。本研究通过深入分析沈阳药科大学民主党派的思想政治工作现状,探索加强新时代高校民主党派思想政治工作的主要途径,从而提升党外知识分子思想引领成效,为更好地推动省市和学校发展汇智聚力。Democratic parties is an important part of the united front work of CPC(the Communist Party of China).In the new era,the members of democratic parties in Colleges and universities show their new characteristics in ideological and political aspects.Therefore,It is particularly important to strengthen the guidance on their ideology.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education of democratic parties in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University,this study explores the main approaches to strengthen it in the new era,so as to improve the ideological guidance effect on non-Party intellectuals and gather wisdom for better promoting the development of provinces,cities and universities.
