摘  要:阐述了一种商用车驾驶室悬置前悬翻转臂轻量化设计的方法及思路,借助HyperWorks分析软件对该悬置翻转臂进行结构校核,分析悬置翻转臂在给定工况下的强度,并基于分析结果进行产品的轻量化设计,将轻量化的翻转臂在特定受力工况下进行台架试验并在整车上搭载7500 km路试试验。结果表明;通过轻量化设计的翻转臂强度满足要求,并实现单件减重1.5 kg,减重达25%。A lightweight design method and idea of front suspension turnover arm of commercial vehicle cab suspension was expounded,the structure of the suspension turnover arm was checked with the help of HyperWorks analysis software,the strength of the suspension turnover arm under given working conditions was analyzed,and the lightweight design of the product was carried out based on the analysis results.The lightweight turnover arm was tested on a bench under specific stress conditions,and a 7500 km road test was carried out on the whole vehicle.The results show that the strength of the turnover arm designed by lightweight meets the requirements,and the weight of a single piece is reduced by 1.5 kg and 25%.
