摘　　要：采用汽车内饰聚丙烯材料研究不同污剂和不同颜色状态下的耐污影响。结果表明:对于易污性,不同污剂在不同材料规格及颜色的影响各异,同一污剂对材料的规格影响差异不大;其中材料对番茄酱及污染布的易染性趋势基本相同,机油及标准土混合液对深色影响较大。对于去污性,可乐、果汁、汗液、咖啡、鞋油及标准土混合液在材料表面的易去污性均较好,番茄酱、白板笔及中性笔在材料表面的易去污性较差;去污性好的污剂对不同聚丙烯材料规格、颜色不敏感;对番茄酱及白板笔这类易污的污剂,深色和浅色的影响较大。Polypropylene materials for vehicle interior were used to study the effects of different stain agents and different colors.The results show that different stain agents have different effects on different material specifications and colors,and the same stain agent has little effect on material specifications.The contamination tendency of materials to ketchup and contaminated fabric is basically the same,while machine oil and standard mud mixture liquid has a huge influence on dark color materials.As cleaning property,cocacola,juice,sweat liquid,coffee,shoe cream and standard mud mixture liquid have good performance on the surface of material samples,while ketchup,white board pen and gel pen are difficult to be removed.For those stain agents with good cleaning performance,the deviation in grade and color of polypropylene specimen is minor.It has a great influence on the dark and light colors of the stain agents such as ketchup and white board pen.
