摘 要:以某焊装车间为研究对象,介绍焊装生产线白车身智能在线检测项目的规划、设备选型、精度管理及现场实际质量问题分析解决等方面的创新做法。实践表明:智能在线检测技术在预防白车身精度潜在质量问题及减少因制造不良引起的维修费用、人工费用方面的可行性和有效性,为焊装车间引入精度检测技术提供一定的参考。Taking a welding workshop as the research object,the innovative practices in the planning,equipment selection,accuracy management and on-site actual quality problem solution of the intelligent in-line inspection project of body in white(BIW)in the welding production line were introduced.The practice shows that the intelligent in-line inspection technology is feasible and effective in preventing the potential quality problems of body in white precision and reducing the maintenance cost and labor cost caused by poor manufacturing,which provides some reference for welding workshop to introduce precision inspection technology.
