摘  要:为了研究汽车座椅对驾乘舒适性的影响,基于振动传递理论,通过一种座椅隔振测试方法,提取座椅隔振量来表征座椅垂向隔振能力;通过客观台架测试和实车测试结果,对隔振量数据进行分析,建立隔振量与驾乘舒适性的关系;对比两套不同的座椅,对客观测试与主观评价进行关联。结果表明:座椅隔振量是影响驾乘人员乘坐舒适性的一个重要指标;人体的垂向共振振动数在6 Hz左右,当座椅共振时的频率小于6 Hz或超过6 Hz,座椅起到隔振效果;隔振量绝对值越大,座椅对振动的衰减能力越强。In order to study the impact of automobile seats on driving comfort,based on the vibration transfer theory,the seat vibration isolation amount was extracted to characterize the vertical vibration isolation capacity of the seat through a seat vibration isolation test method.Through the objective bench test and real vehicle test results,the vibration isolation data were analyzed to establish the relationship between vibration isolation amount and driving comfort.Two different sets of seats were compared,the objective test and subjective evaluation were related.The results show that the seat vibration isolation amount is an important index affecting the ride comfort of drivers and passengers.The vertical resonance vibration number of human body is about 6 Hz.When the frequency of seat resonance is less than 6 Hz or more than 6 Hz,the seat has the effect of vibration isolation.The greater the absolute value of vibration isolation amount,the stronger the attenuation ability of the seat to vibration.
