摘 要:随着排放、油耗法规的不断加严,以及用户对车辆的期望和要求越来越高,单靠传统的技术方法已无法满足当前的产品开发和售后服务要求,而远程技术则是提升车辆开发和售后服务效率的有效手段。本文从车辆远程技术的实现机制出发,围绕远程数据采集、远程标定及远程诊断介绍了国内外车辆远程技术的研究和应用,阐述了远程技术的优势,并针对远程技术中需关注的关键点进行了说明。As the regulations of emission and fuel consumption become stricter and stricter,and customers have higher and higher expectations and requirements on vehicles,it is difficult to meet the requirements of product development and after-sales service through traditional technology and methods,while remote technology in vehicles is an efficient means of improving the efficiency of vehicle developing and after-sales service.Starting from the implementation mechanism of vehicle remote technology,the research and application of vehicle remote technology at home and abroad around remote data collection,remote calibration and remote diagnosis were introduced,the advantages of remote technology were expounded,and the key points that need to be paid attention to in remote technology were explained.
