新型笑气鼻罩在口腔舒适化治疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察新型笑气鼻罩在口腔舒适麻醉治疗中的应用效果。方法筛选符合吸入笑气条件的口腔患者,根据患者签署的口腔舒适化治疗笑气鼻罩使用知情同意书,分为传统鼻罩组100例(A组)及新型鼻罩组100例(B组),记录并且比较两组患者术前、术中、术后血氧饱和度、呼吸、心率、平均动脉压,发生的不良反应,鼻罩使用舒适度,医生操作满意度和吸入笑气最低有效浓度。结果两组鼻罩使用舒适度评分无差异(P>0.05);与A组相比,B组医生操作满意度明显高于A组(P<0.05);与A组相比,B组患者笑气最低有效浓度明显低于A组(P<0.05);两组呼吸次数、心率、平均动脉压组内比较有差异,术中、术后比术前减少(P<0.05);两组均无围手术期不良反应发生。结论新型鼻罩佩戴方便、安全、密闭性较好、不泄露、不阻挡术者操作,有利于资源节约、环境保护和健康维护,提升医生满意度,可促进笑气吸入镇静镇痛技术更广泛的应用。Objective To observe the application of a new type of nitrous oxide nose mask in oral comfortable anesthesia.Methods Oral patients who met the conditions for inhaling nitrous oxide were screened.According to the informed consent form signed by the patients for the use of nitrous oxide nasal masks in oral comfort treatment,patients were divided into 100 cases in the traditional nasal mask group(group A)and 100 cases in the new nasal mask group(group B).The oxygen saturation,breathing,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,the occurrence of adverse reactions,comfort level of nasal mask,the operation satisfaction of doctors and inhaling laughing gas minimum effective concentration were recorded and compared in two groups of patients during pre-operation,intra-operation and post-operation.Results There was no difference in nasal mask comfort scores between the two groups.Compared with group A,the operational satisfaction of doctors in group B was higher than that in group A.Compared with group A,the minimum effective concentration of nitrous oxide in group B was lower than that in group A.The intra-operative and post-operative breathing frequency,heart rate and mean arterial pressure were lower than that during pre-operation in these two groups.There were no perioperative adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The new nasal mask is easy to wear with safe and good airtightness.It doesn’t leak and block the operation of the surgeon.It is suitable for resource conservation,environmental protection and health maintenance and used for improving the satisfaction of doctors and promoting the widely applications of inhalation of nitrous oxide sedation and analgesia technology.
