高质量研究生导师队伍建设的探索与实践--以遵义医科大学口腔医学学科为例

摘　　要：研究生教育质量是国家科技创新人才实力的重要体现,培养高质量研究生的关键在于提高导师队伍育人水平及能力。遵义医科大学口腔医学院结合新时期医学人才培养的要求,积极贯彻落实教育部关于研究生导师队伍的文件精神,通过强化导师立德树人责任意识、严格导师遴选和资质审核、健全机制保障导师主体作用发挥、落实师资队伍建设相关政策、建立导师培训发展体系五项举措,着力破解研究生导师队伍建设的瓶颈,在研究生导师队伍的建设中积极思考并做出了一系列有益的尝试。强化导师队伍建设与管理,进一步提升研究生人才培养质量和科研素养,实现了导师队伍科研成果高质量产出,对培养高质量人才和推动学科高质量发展具有重要意义。The quality of postgraduate education is an important reflection of the strength of national scientific and technological innovation talents.Combined with the requirements of medical personnel training in the new era,the Stomatology School of Zunyi Medical University actively implements the document’s spirit on the postgraduate tutor team issued by Ministry of Education through enhancing the sense of responsibility of moral education of tutors and strict selection of tutor qualification examination.In order to solve the bottleneck in the construction of the postgraduate tutor team,the mechanisms to guarantee the primary role of tutors,implement relevant policies on the construction of teaching staff,and establish a training and development system for tutors should be improved.In the aspect of the construction of a postgraduate tutor team,a series of beneficial attempts have been made to strengthen the construction and management of the tutor team and further improve the quality of postgraduate talent cultivation and scientific research quality.It is of great significance to cultivate high-quality talents and promote the high-quality development of scientific research.
