摘  要:为提高某焊接式直叶片空间导叶斜流泵的效率,利用CFD技术对模型泵进行数值计算。对泵内整个流场进行分析,得出泵叶轮内流体流动顺畅、均匀,而导叶体内流体流动紊乱,并在导叶体的进口处存在较大的漩涡。因此,对泵的导叶体结构提出了8种改型方案,并对它们进行数值模拟。结果表明:在改变导叶体的叶片数、进口角度及导叶片长度组合中,当导叶片数为9、进口角度为23°、叶片长度为210mm时,泵的效率提高的幅度最大,提高1.74%;而改变导叶体的内筒结构,泵的效率提高2.73%。这对设计出高效率焊接式直叶片空间导叶斜流泵具有一定的指导意义。For improving the efficiency of welded straight blade space vane of mixed flow pump,CFD are used for the numerical calculation of model pump.The analysis of the entire flow field in the pump shows that the fluid in the pump impeller is smoothly and homodispersely,but the fluid in the vane flows mussily,and the inlet of vane where exists a big range whirlpool.So,8 scheme optimization of the vane are proposed,and all of them are simulated.The results shows that:in the scheme of changing the number of blade,inlet angle and blade length,when the number of blade is nine,the inlet angle of blade is 23°,the length of blade is 210mm,the increased range of the efficiency of the pump is the largest,which reaches 1.74%.Changing the internal cylinder of guide vane,which makes the efficiency of pump increase 2.73%.This has certain guiding significance for the design of highefficiency welded straight blade space vane of mixed flow pump.
