摘　　要：随着印制电路板中制造向智能化发展,内层AOI在线分板技术成为了大多数厂家青睐的选择。文章旨在通过对激光打码技术,动态读码原理,内层AOI生产运作,数据库的应用进行分析,以期降低生产工序内层AOI检板环节的成本,并满足客户日趋严格的可追溯性需求。With the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in printed circuit board,the inner AOI on-line plate splitting technology has become a popular choice for most manufacturers.This paper aims to analyze the laser coding technology,dynamic code reading principle,inner AOI production operation and database application,so as to reduce the cost of inner AOI plate inspection in the production process and meet the increasingly strict traceability needs of customers.
