摘 要:本文主要介绍了性控冻精的发展历史和原理,并比较了超级性控冻精与普通性控冻精在实际生产中表现,试验结果显示:4M超级性控冻精和超级性控冻精无论在青年牛还是在头胎牛中使用,其受胎率均明显高于普通性控冻精,尤其在青年牛上表现更为明显;4M超级性控冻精和超级性控冻精母犊率高于普通性控冻精,但差异不显著;使用4M超级性控冻精和超级性控冻精费用低于普通性控冻精。建议牧场在青年牛和头胎牛进行人工授精时选择超级性控冻精,可以增加牛场的母牛数,提高扩群速度和改良速度,进而增加养殖场的经济效益。This paper mainly introduces the development history and principle of sex controlled semen,and compares the performance of three kinds of sex controlled semen in actual production.The test results showed that:Using 4m super sex controlled semen and super sex controlled semen,whether used in young cattle or first born cattle,its conception rate is significantly higher than that of common sex controlled semen,especially in young cattle.The maternal calf rate of super frozen semen was higher than that of common frozen semen,but the difference was not significant.The cost of super frozen semen was lower than that of ordinary frozen semen.It is suggested that the super sex controlled frozen semen should be selected for artificial insemination of young cattle and first born cattle in the pasture,which can increase the number of cows in the cattle farms,increase the speed of population expansion and improvement,and then increase the economic benefits of the farms.
