摘 要:为解决再生水输配过程中因细菌滋生可能引起的管道腐蚀和水质二次污染等问题,以A^(2)O-MBR出水为试验用水,以从试验用水中富集得到的异养菌为试验菌种,研究了非氧化性杀生剂SW303在再生水中的杀菌有效性。结果表明:未加杀生剂时,异养菌在新鲜再生水中72 h内数量增加了1.9个数量级,增殖明显;SW303加药浓度为2、5和10 mg/L时均可有效抑制异养菌增殖,且分别在14 h、6 h和4 h暴露时间下达到90%杀菌率,有效控制持续时间分别是24、72和72 h。SW303在再生水中,对异养菌的杀灭率、杀灭速度和药剂持续时间均与加药浓度和暴露时间相关。加药浓度越大,SW303的杀菌率越高,起效越快,药效持续时间越长。要实现经济、有效地控制异养菌的增殖,必须综合考虑药剂浓度和暴露时间。In order to solve the problems of pipeline corrosion and water quality secondary pollution caused by bacteria breeding in the process of transporting and distributing reclaimed water,the bactericidal efficiency of non-oxidizing biocide SW303 in reclaimed water was investigated using A^(2)O-MBR effluent as experimental water and heterotrophic bacteria enriched from experimental water as experimental strain.The results showed that,the number of heterotrophic bacteria increased by 1.9 orders within 72 hours in the fresh reclaimed water without biocide,and the proliferation of heterotrophic bacteria was obvious.2,5 and 10 mg/L of SW303 could inhibit the growth of heterotrophic bacteria effectively,90% of heterotrophic bacteria were killed by 2,5 and 10 mg/L of SW303 at exposure time of 14,6,and 4 hours respectively,the duration of effectively control were 24,72 and 72 hours respectively.In reclaimed water,the killing rate,killing speed and the action duration of SW303 on heterotrophic bacteria were related to the concentration of SW303 and the exposure time,the higher the concentration of SW303,the higher the bactericidal rate,the faster the onset and the longer the duration of bactericidal effect of SW303 on heterotrophic bacteria.In order to control the proliferation of heterotrophic bacteria economically and effectively,it is necessary to consider the concentration of bactericide and the exposure time with bacteria.
