高效离心萃取机处理含巯基丙酸废水的性能研究

摘　　要：利用CWL-M型高效离心萃取机处理含3-巯基丙酸废水(3-MPA),分别考察了废水pH值、相比O/A(V/V)、总流量、萃取级数因素对萃取效果的影响。结果表明,在废水pH值为1~2、5级逆流萃取、相比为1.5:1,两相总流量为500 mL/min的条件下,余水中3-MPA质量分数可降低至0.857%。利用该工艺方法处理含巯基丙酸废水,不仅提高了废水处理效率,大大降低了废水处理成本,而且也进一步提高了3-MPA产品的收率。CWL-M high efficiency centrifugal extractor was used to treat 3-mercaptopropionic acid(3-MPA)-containing wastewater,the influence of pH value,phase ratio O/A(V/V),total flow,and extraction stages on extraction effect were investigated.The results showed that,under the condition that the pH value of the wastewater was 1-2,five-stage counter-current extraction,the phase ratio was 1.5:1.0,the total flow rate of two phases was 500 mL/min,the mass fraction of 3-MPA in residual water decreased to 0.857%.Using the said process to treat mercaptopropionic acid-containing wastewater,the wastewater treatment efficiency was improved,the treatment cost was greatly reduced,more than that,the yield of 3-MPA products was further increased.
