摘 要:当水中氯化物浓度较高而COD浓度很低时,用HJ/T 70-2001《高氯废水化学需氧量的测定氯气校正法》测定COD浓度,检出限太高,达不到地表水评价要求;稀释样品后用HJ 828-2017《水质化学需氧量的测定重铬酸盐法》测定COD浓度,因COD值太低导致无法准确测定。国内外现有测定高氯低COD水中的COD浓度的方法均存在不足。青海省生态环境监测中心根据此类水质特征研究制定了地方标准《高氯水质化学需氧量的测定氯气吸收法》,介绍了该标准测定方法的原理、关键性指标的确定和测定步骤,按照HJ 168-2020《环境监测分析方法标准制定技术导则》对检出限和测定下限、精密度、正确度进行分析验证,并通过对实际样品进行测定,与HJ 828-2017比对。结果表明,该方法准确、可靠,可应用于咸水湖、海水和工业废水等高氯低COD水体中COD浓度的分析测定。When the chloride concentration in water is high and the COD concentration is very low,the detection limit is too high to meet the requirement of surface water evaluation by HJ/T 70-2001 High-chlorine wastewater-Determination of chemical oxygen demand-chlorine emendation method;the diluted sample was determined by HJ 828-2017 Water quality-Determination of the chemical oxygen demand-Dichromate method,however,the COD value was too low to measure accurately.As the existing methods for low concentration COD determination in high chlorine ion water at home and abroad have shortcomings,Qinghai key laboratory of eco-environmental monitoring and assessment has studied the characteristics of this kind of wastewater,and formulated local standard High chlorine water quality-Determination of chemical oxygen demand-Chlorine adsorption method.The principle,the determination of key indicators and the determination steps of the method were introduced.The detection limit,lower limit of determination,precision and trueness were analyzed and verified in accordance with HJ 168-2020 Technical guideline for the development of environmental monitoring analytical method standards,and the actual samples were determined and compared with HJ 828-2017.The results shows that,the said method is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the analysis and determination of COD concentration in high chlorine and low COD water bodies such as salt water lake,seawater and industrial wastewater.
