摘  要:苏里格气田滚动开发井数量多、单井设计费用低、时效要求高,地质设计单位需要一种“高效率、低成本”的工作方法才能在石油行业“降本增效”的大背景下实现较好的经济效益。为此,梳理了苏里格气田滚动开发井钻井地质设计的工作流程,结合气田地质特征和开发模式,在保证设计质量的前提下,从各技术环节入手探索压缩设计时间、提高效率的方法。经过多年的实践和优化发现,订制区块地质设计模板,优化区块数据库,合理选用参考井,综合考虑地质、气藏特征,采用经典的“对比法”进行地层分层预测、储层深度预测、地层孔隙压力预测一整套方法最为便捷、适用。此方法已应用于苏里格气田7000多口井的地质设计中,平均单井设计时间约65 min,不仅设计质量可靠,成本低,效率高,同时简单易学,便于设计团队人员动态调整和实施项目管理。此外,该方法亦可采用软件编程实现,进一步提高设计效率和准确性,具有良好的拓展性。Due to the large number of extended development wells in Sulige Gas Field,the design cost of single well is low and the demands of the time efficiency are high,geologic design institutes need a"high efficiency and low cost"working method to achieve better economic benefits under the background of"cost reducing and efficiency increasing"in the petroleum industry.Therefore,the paper sorted out the work flow for the design of drilling geology of extended development wells in Sulige Gas Field and combined with gas field geologic characteristics and development modes to explore the method of reducing design time and improving efficiency from various technical links on the premise of ensuring design quality.After years of practice and optimization,it is found that through custom-made block geological design template,optimizing the block database,reasonably selecting reference wells,comprehensively considering the geological and gas pool characteristics,the classic"contrastive method"is the most convenient and applicable for the prediction of dividing strata,reservoir depth and formation pore pressure.This method has been applied to the geological designs of more than 7000 wells in Sulige Gas Field.The average design time of single well is about 65 minutes.The designs are not only reliable in quality,low in cost and high in efficiency,but also easy to learn,which are convenient for the dynamic adjustment and project management of the design team.In addition,this method can also be realized by software programming,which further improves the design efficiency and accuracy,and has favorable expansibility.
