摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的慢性气道疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量,是导致患者死亡的重要病因。目前COPD的特异性生物学标志物尚不明确。肺表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)是一种肺特异性蛋白,研究显示其在COPD的发生发展过程中起重要作用。本文介绍了SP-D的分布、生物学结构、功能,分析了SP-D在COPD患者中的表达水平及意义,总结了SP-D基因多态性与COPD的关联性,并回顾了目前外源性重组SP-D治疗COPD的相关研究,认为SP-D对COPD患者的诊治具有一定指导意义。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic airway disease that severely affects the quality of life of patients and is an important cause of death.At present,the specific biological markers of COPD are not clear.Pulmonary surfactant protein D(SP-D)is a lung-specific protein,and studies have shown that it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of COPD.In this paper,the distribution,biological structure,and function of SP-D are described;the expression level and significance of SP-D in COPD patients were analyzed,the correlation between SP-D gene polymorphism and COPD was summarized,the current related researches on the treatment of COPD with exogenous recombinant SP-D were reviewed.It is believed that SP-D has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD patients.
