摘　　要：摩托车企业运营中,零部件的采购是十分重要的内容,也是企业生产资源的重要来源。做好摩托车零部件采购的质量管理能够保证摩托车生产的质量,为消费者提供更加优质、安全和高效的服务。因此需要认识到摩托车零部件采购质量管理的重要性,树立现代化的采购质量管理理念,采取有效措施促进质量管理效果的实现。本文就摩托车零部件采购质量管理的问题进行分析和研究。In the operation of motorcycle enterprises,the procurement of spare parts is a very important business and an important source of production resources for enterprises.Doing a good job in the quality management on procurement of motorcycle parts can ensure the quality of motorcycle production and provide consumers with more high-quality,safe and efficient services.Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the importance of quality management of motorcycle parts procurement,establish a modern concept of procurement quality management,and take effective measures to promote the realization of quality management effects.This paper analyzes and studies the quality management of motorcycle parts procurement.
