摘　　要：通过分析传统工业控制系统的仪表信号传输技术存在的问题,设计了一种以工业光总线技术为基础的新型工业控制系统。新型工业控制系统用光纤替代了传统仪表信号传输用的铜芯电缆,提高了现场数据通信性能和部署灵活性,降低了设备和安装调试成本,给流程工业用户提供了更好的选择。Through analyzing the problems of traditional control system’s signal transmission technology,this paper designed a kind of control system based on industry optical bus technology.The new control system replaces copper signal cable of the traditional DCS with optic fibre cable,improves the ability of process data transmission and the flexibility of field installation,and decrease the cost of control system.The new control system gives users a better option.
