分体式雷达液位计在第三代核电站的应用与探索

摘　　要：一次仪表作为核电站控制系统的前端探测元件,其性能的优劣将直接影响电站的正常运行。部分传感器还承担一回路的压力边界,对电站的稳定和安全起到了相当重要的作用。其中,液位是作为一种必不可少的测量参数,遍布在核电厂各处工艺系统和设备,发挥液位变送、报警、控制和保护功能。雷达液位计作为近些年来发展较快的液位测量技术,具有耐高温、耐高压,智能化程度高,安装维护使用方便等优点,已经迅速发展成为了一种通用的液位测量产品。目前,国内电站普遍使用雷达液位计来测量箱罐和地坑液位。分体式雷达液位计综合运用TDR原理与ETS等技术,具有受环境温度影响小、测量精度高,安装、校验方便等诸多优点。同时,分体式雷达液位计很好地解决了一体式雷达液位计不能耐受大剂量辐照的问题,在第三代核电站已有多次成功的应用,并有可能在将来替代更多其他类型的液位测量仪表。As the front-end detection element of the nuclear power plant control system,the performance of the primary instrument will directly affect the normal operation of the power plant.Some sensors also undertake the pressure boundary of the primary circuit,which plays a very important role in the stability and safety of the power station.Among them,the liquid level is an indispensable measurement parameter,which is spread all over the process systems and equipment of the nuclear power plant,and exerts the functions of liquid level transmission,alarm,control and protection.As a liquid level measurement technology that has developed rapidly in recent years,radar level gauge has the advantages of high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance,high intelligence,convenient installation and maintenance,and has rapidly developed into a general-purpose liquid level measurement product.At present,domestic power stations generally use radar level gauges to measure the level of tanks and pits.The split type radar level gauge comprehensively uses the TDR principle and ETS and other technologies,and has many advantages such as little influence by the ambient temperature,high measurement accuracy,convenient installation and calibration,etc.At the same time,the split radar level gauge solves the problem that the integrated radar level gauge cannot withstand large doses of radiation.It has been successfully applied in the third-generation nuclear power plant for many times,and may replace more other type of liquid level measuring instrument.
