摘  要:结合节能降耗要求优化高压汽包水位控制方案,优化后控制策略为高压给水泵控制高压汽包水位,高压给水调阀控制给水母管压力。优化控制后,将减少高压给水调节阀节流损失,降低高压给水泵电耗。控制优化综合考虑机组投入AGC模式与锅炉定排时对高压汽包水位造成较大的扰动,通过增加指令前馈与流量前馈等逻辑优化,保证高压汽包水位调节全过程自动投入。The control scheme of high-pressure drum level is optimized according to the requirements of energy saving.The optimized control strategy is that the high-pressure feedwater pump controls the high-pressure drum level,and the high-pressure feedwater regulating valve controls the pressure of the main feedwater pipe.After optimization,the throttling loss of the high-pressure feedwater regulating valve and the power consumption of the high-pressure feedwater pump is both reduced.The optimized control strategy comprehensively considers the large disturbance to the high-pressure drum level when the unit is put into the AGC mode or the boiler is intermission-draining.By adding logic optimizations such as command feedforward and flow feedforward,the automatic adjustment of the high-pressure drum level in the whole process is guaranteed.
