摘  要:采用扫描电镜、EDS能谱仪对冷轧汽车板白色点、条状缺陷进行微观形貌和成分分析,并对全流程生产过程进行大数据统计分析,确定该缺陷为酸轧工序产生的异物压入导致,根据现场酸轧现场设备排查与微观分析结果,异物来源于酸轧工序胶辊辊系损伤、脱胶导致。通过采取破损胶辊更换、修订胶辊标准、原料上机标准等措施,该缺陷得到有效控制,后续未出现产品降级。Using SEM,EDS,optical microscope,etc.to analyze the strip linear color difference defects of electrogalvanized products.At the same time,according to the big data statistical analysis and process adjustment test results,determines that the cause of strip linear color difference defects is the poor and uneven surface cleanliness of the electro-galvanized products,which leads to the formation of the strip linear color difference defects being magnified after electro-galvanized.According to the causes,we optimize the processes of PL-TCM,CAL and the pretreatment of EGL to ensure the cleanliness and uniformity of the substrate surface and the effective control of stripe linear color difference defects.
