摘 要:随着钢铁行业高质量发展,钢水质量的控制是获得高品质产品的关键环节,其中转炉挡渣效果严重影响着钢水的质量。为了满足客户对产品质量的要求,对常用的转炉挡渣球投掷技术进行了优化,从而进一步提高挡渣球命中率,实现少渣出钢或者无渣出钢,使产品质量得到大幅度的提升,同时提高人员作业安全系数,改善了工人劳动环境。With the high quality development of iron and steel industry,improving the quality of molten steel is the key step to obtain high quality products,among which the slag retaining effect of converter seriously affects the quality of molten steel.In order to meet the customer's requirements for product quality,the commonly used converter slag ball technology was optimized,so as to further improve the hit rate of slag ball,to achieve less slag or no slag steel,so that the quality of products has been greatly improved,and at the same time to improve the personnel operating safety factor,and improve the working environment of workers.
