摘  要:智能电网下,居民侧电力用户作为庞大的用电群体参与需求响应会给电网和用户带来极大的效益。提出一种基于日前电价的居民侧电力用户参与需求响应多目标优化控制模型。将待优化的家用负荷分为可平移负荷、可转移负荷和温控负荷3类,在计算负荷用电成本的基础上,考虑居民侧舒适性需求,引入不舒适度定量描述居民侧的舒适程度,建立兼顾经济性和舒适性的多目标优化模型。采用多目标混合粒子群算法和基于优劣解距离法的评价方法对模型进行优化求解。结果表明,建立的多目标优化模型能够灵活指导居民侧参与需求响应,验证了模型的有效性和优越性。Under the background of smart grid,residential power users,as a huge power consumption group,participate in demand response,which can bring great benefits to the grid and users.A multi⁃objective optimal control model of residential users participating in demand response based on day ahead price was proposed.The household loads to be optimized were divided into translational loads,transferable loads and thermal loads.On the basis of load power cost,considering the comfort demand of residential side,the discomfort degree was introduced to quantitatively describe the comfort degree of residential side,and a multi⁃objective optimization model considering economy and comfort was established.The multi⁃objective hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm and the evaluation method based on technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution were used to optimize the model.The results show that the multi⁃objective optimization model can flexibly guide the residents'participation in demand response,verifying the effectiveness and superiority of the model.
