摘 要:为避免静止无功发生器控制复杂,绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)使用数量较多等问题,提出一种含门极可关断晶闸管(Gate Turn⁃off Thyristor,GTO)的新型静止无功发生器,并对含GTO的新型静止无功发生器进行建模,从单相单子模块的数学模型进行分析,写出该模型的状态方程,建立受控源等效模型与小信号模型,研究系统建模方法,并将该方法拓展至子模块级联的建模中;通过MATLAB/Simulink软件仿真验证模型的合理性,为含GTO的新型静止无功发生器的控制系统设计提供参考,为日后新型静止无功发生器拓扑建模提供基础。该结构能够大量节约IGBT的使用,从而节约成本,可改善电能质量,对系统进行无功补偿同时提升电力系统的动态性能,面对系统波动时保障电力系统稳定运行。In order to avoid the control complexity of static var generator and the large number of insulated gate bipolar transistors(IGBT),a new static var generator with gate turn⁃off thyristor(GTO)was proposed.The new static var generator with GTO was modeled,the mathematical model of single⁃phase single sub module was analyzed,the state equation of the model was written,and the controlled source equivalent model and small signal model were established.The system modeling method was studied and extended to the modeling of sub module cascade.The rationality of the model was verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation,which lays a theoretical foundation for the control system design of the new static var generator with GTO and provides a basis for the topology modeling of the new static var generator.The structure can greatly save the use of IGBT,so as to save the cost.At the same time,it can improve the power quality,compensate the reactive power of the system,improve the dynamic performance of the power system,and ensure the stable operation of the power system.
