摘  要:考虑利用用户的负荷响应能力来提升城市配电网馈线的可开放容量。首先,以单一用户为分析对象,分析了空调、电动汽车用户的历史用电数据。然后,提出了在计及空调及电动汽车用户的负荷响应能力条件下,馈线可开放容量的评估方法。最后,通过开源数据仿真,分析了改变空调设定温度以及电动汽车参与V2G(vehicle-to-grid)对馈线可开放容量的影响,验证了分析方法的合理性。By considering the users’ load response capability, the open capacity of the urban distribution network feeders can be improved. First, with a single user as the analysis object, the historical electricity consumption data of air conditioners and electric vehicle users were analyzed. Then, a method for evaluating the open capacity of the feeder is proposed, taking into account the demand response capability of air conditioners and electric vehicle users. Finally, through the analysis of open source data simulation,the influence of changing the air conditioner set temperature and EV participation in V2G(vehicle-to-grid)on the open capacity of the feeder is analyzed, which verifies the rationality of the analysis method.
