摘　　要：针对高温工况下阀门易泄漏、使用寿命低等问题,设计了一种直流驱动零泄漏硬密封再循环阀。介绍了再循环阀的设计依据、阀门结构组成及工作原理,阐述了主要创新技术与工艺制造难点,并对阀门的可靠性和安全性进行了分析。In order to solve the problems of easy leakage and low service life of valves under high temperature conditions,a dc driven zero leakage hard seal recirculation valve was designed.This paper introduces the design basis,structure composition and working principle of recirculating valve,expounds the main innovative technology and manufacturing difficulties,and analyzes the reliability and safety of valve.
