摘　　要：介绍了低扭矩电动球阀设计路线与要求、设计标准及关键控制事项。对低扭矩电动球阀结构进行改进,并制定制造过程中关键控制点的控制方案。最终达到高效益、高质量、低扭矩、高寿命的使用要求。The design route,requirement,design standard and key control items of low torque electric ball valve are introduced.Improve the structure of low torque electric ball valve structure,and develop the control scheme of key control points in the manufacturing process.Finally achieve high efficiency,high quality,low torque,high life requirements.
