摘　　要：针对以往换向阀在实际工作中出现的问题,设计了一种手动换向阀,介绍了其主要结构组成并分析了工作原理,在此基础上根据使用经验对其进行了优化设计,并对生产难点进行了剖析。最后,通过密封试验验证了换向阀的密封性能。该产品已获国家专利(专利号:ZL201720490876.8)。Aiming at the problems of the previous directional valve in the actual work,a manual directional valve is designed,its main structure is introduced and its working principle is analyzed,and on this basis,the optimized design is carried out according to the experience,and the production difficulties are analyzed.Finally,the sealing performance of the reversing valve is verified by sealing test.This product has obtained a national patent(Patent number:ZL20172 0490876.8)
