摘 要:基于系统仿真软件APROS,建立一种双稳压器形式的系统模型,开展阀门开启与关闭过程系统动态仿真研究。系统回路由稳压器、蒸汽过热器、试验段、阀门、仪表以及管道等组成。通过在试验段设置测试阀门,可以实现饱和水、饱和蒸汽和过热蒸汽为工质的阀门开启和关闭过程系统动态仿真。通过研究阀门压差开启或关闭过程中的系统参数变化,为阀门的总体性能设计提供参考。Based on the system simulation software APROS,a system in the form of dual voltage regulators is established,and the dynamic simulation research of the valve opening and closing process is carried out.The system is composed of voltage stabilizer,steam superheater,test section,valves,instruments and pipelines.By setting valve in the test section,the system dynamic simulation of the valve opening and closing process with saturated water,saturated steam and superheated steam as working fluid can be realized.This article studies the changes of system parameters during the valve opening or closing process,and provides a reference for the overall performance design of the valve.
