楔式闸板密封面镗铣加工技术分析

摘　　要：介绍了一种利用卧式普通镗铣、数控镗铣、加工中心代替卧式车床来加工楔式闸板密封面的加工技术。通过对楔式闸板加工工艺分析,从加工工序的简化方面与卧式车床进行了对比分析。This paper introduces a kind of machining technology which uses horizontal ordinary boring and milling,numerical control boring and milling,machining center instead of horizontal lathe to process the sealing surface of wedge gate.By analyzing the processing technology of wedge gate,the paper compares the simplified processing procedure with that of horizontal lathe.
