创新型人力资本对区域经济发展贡献率分析——基于长三角省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于改进的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,以长江三角洲地区为探究目标对象,建立物质资本存量、劳动力投入、创新型人力资本存量与该地区经济发展的函数模型。运用STATA16.0和SPSS26.0数据处理软件进行数据处理,计算2001~2019年各要素该地区经济发展的贡献率,再利用长三角地区创新型人力资本水平的数据进行分析,并最终得出结论:长江三角洲地区创新型人才对经济发展的促进作用不大、影响经济发展的主要要素为物质资本存量。根据数据分析结果,提出着重培养创新型人才,扩大高等教育投资规模,吸引创新型人才正向流动,加强三省一市间交流合作的相关建议。At present,knowledge economy is in the ascendant since human society has entered the era of knowledge economy.Based on the improved Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper,taking the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object,establishes the function model of physical capital stock,labor input and innovative human capital stock and the economic development of this region.Data processing software of STATA16.0 and SPSS26.0 is used to calculate the contribution rate of each factor to the economic development of the region from 2001 to 2019.Then,the innovative human capital level of the Yangtze River Delta region is analyzed,and the final conclusion is drawn:The innovation-oriented talents in the Yangtze River Delta have little effect on promoting economic development,and the main factor affecting economic development is material capital stock.According to the data analysis results,some suggestions are put forward,such as focusing on cultivating innovative talents,expanding the investment scale of higher education,attracting the positive flow of innovative talents,and strengthening the exchange and cooperation among one city and the three provinces in the region.
