摘 要:通过对原煤仓堵煤原因进行理论分析,以某火力发电厂为例,详细阐述该电厂2^(#)炉给煤机原煤仓现状,根据相关管理经验,采取一系列措施防止原煤仓堵塞,在一定程度上缓解原煤仓堵塞问题。采用技术改造措施是通过在原煤仓加装清堵装置和空气振打锤,彻底解决易堵部位蓬煤堵塞和原煤仓挂壁等问题。该改造措施具有良好的效果,保障燃煤发电机组的安全运行,提高电厂的经济效益,值得进一步推广应用。Through the theoretical analysis of the causes of coal blockage in the raw coal bunker, and taking a thermal power plant as an example, the present situation of the raw coal bunker of the No.2 boiler coal feeder in the power plant is described in detail. According to the relevant management experience, a series of measures are taken to prevent the blockage of the raw coal bunker. To a certain extent, the clogging problem of the raw coal bunker is alleviated. After research and decision, the power plant decided to adopt technical transformation measures by installing plug removal devices and air vibration hammers in the raw coal bunker. The problems such as clogging of canopy coal and hanging wall of original coal bunker are thoroughly solved, which has a good effect, ensures the safe operation of coal-fired generating units,improves the economic benefits of the power plant, and is worth further popularizing and applying.
