摘　　要：目的分析血液非检测因素报废量及其主要原因。方法收集广州血液中心成分血制备部2020年1—6月在广州血液中心信息系统存储的非检测因素导致血液报废的数量、原因、制备量和采血量,统计分析每月成分血制备部全血类、血浆类、红细胞类报废量及其原因。结果全血类非检测因素报废量与月采集血量无相关性;报废原因中,外观质量异常报废量与月报废量无相关性,而渗漏、破损量均与月报废量呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。血浆类非检测因素报废量与月制备量呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);报废原因中,渗漏量与月报废量无相关性,而脂血、红浆、破损量均与月报废量呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。红细胞类非检测因素报废量与月制备量无相关性;报废原因中,凝块、破损量与月报废量无相关性,而渗漏量与月报废量呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论成分血制备部的血液存在一定的报废率,需针对不同的报废原因制订预防方案和纠正措施,以降低血液非检测因素报废率,加强血液临床供应应急能力。Objective To analyze the scrapping amount of blood non-detection factors and its main reasons.Methods Collect the number,reasons,preparation volume and blood collection volume of blood discarded due to non-detection factors stored in the Guangzhou Blood Center information system from January to June 2020 by the blood component preparation department of Guangzhou Blood Center.The amount of whole blood,plasma,and red blood cells discarded in the blood component preparation department and their reasons were statistically analyzed.Results There is no correlation between the scrap amount of whole blood non-detection factors and the monthly blood collection amount;among the scrap reasons,the scrap amount with abnormal appearance quality has no correlation with the monthly scrap amount,while the leakage and damage amount are positively correlated with the monthly scrap amount(r>0,P<0.05).The scrapped amount of plasma non-detection factors was positively correlated with the monthly preparation amount(r>0,P<0.05);among the scrapp reasons,the leakage amount had no correlation with the monthly scrapped amount,while the amount of lipemia,red plasma and damage were all related to the monthly scrapped amount.the amount of scrap was positively correlated(r>0,P<0.05).There is no correlation between the scrapped amount of non-detectable red blood cells and the monthly preparation amount;among the scrap reasons,the amount of clot and damage has no correlation with the monthly scrapped amount,while the leakage amount is positively correlated with the monthly scrapped amount(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is certain rejection rate of blood in the blood component preparation department,it is necessary to formulate preventive plans and corrective measures for different reasons of rejection,in order to reduce the rejection rate of blood non-detection factors and strengthen the emergency capacity of blood clinical supply.
