糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及对患者炎症反应和不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及对患者炎症反应、不良反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月本院收治的87例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶法分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=43)。对照组采用羟甲唑啉喷雾治疗,观察组采用糠酸莫米松喷雾治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%,明显高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组白细胞介素(IL)-5水平低于治疗前,IL-10水平高于治疗前,且观察组IL5水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的9.30%,但差异无统计学意义。结论与羟甲唑啉喷雾用药相比,糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾治疗变应性鼻炎效果更显著,可有效降低机体症性反应,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on inflammatory and adverse reactions.Methods 87 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=43)according to the odd-even method.The control group was treated with oxymetazoline spray,and the observation group was treated with mometasone furoate spray,the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the level of interleukin(IL)-5 in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,the level of IL-5 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.55%,which was lower than 9.30%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with oxymetazoline spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,mometasone furoate nasal spray is more effective in treating allergic rhinitis,which can effectively reduce the body's inflammatory reaction,and has higher safety and higher clinical promotion value.
