摘　　要：对国内外老年癌症病人心理健康与心理一致感的研究现状进行评述与总结,为分析其心理健康发展机制与提高心理一致感水平提供指导,对制定相关心理干预措施具有借鉴意义。This paper reviewed and summarized the research status of mental health and sense of coherence in elderly cancer patients at home and abroad,so as to provide guidance for analyzing the development mechanism of mental health and improving the level of sense of coherence,and provide reference significance for formulating relevant psychological intervention measures.
