摘 要:在遥测系统电源中,针对传统多路输出反激电源只有一路输出可以实现严格闭环控制及效率较低的不足,提出基于同步整流的反激电源多路闭环控制策略。该策略通过控制同步整流开关管导通时间,利用开关反并联二极管导通压降,实现反激电源的多路闭环控制。为证明该策略的正确性和可行性,分析了使用该策略的两路输出反激电源的工作模态,设计了5 V/10 W,3.3 V/5 W两路输出反激电源的控制架构和参数,并通过仿真验证了控制策略和参数设计的正确性。仿真结果表明,两路输出电压误差均在0.5%以内,电源效率高于80%。Aiming at the shortcomings that only one output of strict closed-loop control can be achievedof the traditional multiple output flyback power supply,and which is of low efficiency,a multi-circuit closed-loop control strategy of flyback power supply based on synchronous rectification was proposed.This strategy could realize multi-circuit closed-loop control of flyback power by controlling the on-time of the synchronous rectifier switch and using the switching reverse shunt diode conduction voltage drop.In order to prove the theoretical correctness and practical feasibility of the strategy,the working state of the two output flyback power supplies using the strategy was analyzed,the control architecture and parameters of the 5V/10W and 3.3V/5W output flyback power supplies were designed,and the correctness of the control strategy and parameter design were verified by simulation.Simulation results showed that the error of both output voltages was within 0.5%and the efficiency of the power supply was up over 80%.
