摘  要:从游离态金属离子溶液中筛选出性能较为优异的Zn、Co,并以Zn、Co作为双金属活性组分,制备出不同负载量的双金属复合催化剂。采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱和紫外漫反射光谱等方法对催化剂进行样品表征,并进一步探究该催化剂在废水中的应用效果。结果表明:当催化剂中双金属组分负载量(质量分数)为5%时,其与臭氧组成的体系对化工废水的作用效果较好,100 min后废水化学需氧量(COD)降解率为99.1%,且催化剂重复使用6次后,废水COD降解率仍可达91.7%。Zn and CO with excellent performance were screened from free metal ion solution,and bimetallic composite catalysts with different load capacities were prepared by using Zn and CO as the active components of bimetallic metals.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet diffuse reflection spectroscopy,and the application effect of the catalyst in wastewater was further explored.The results show that when the load capacities(mass fraction)of the bimetallic component in the catalyst are 5%,the system composed of the catalyst and ozone has a better effect on the chemical wastewater.After 100 min,the chemical oxygen demand(COD)degradation rate of the wastewater is 99.1%.After the catalyst is reused for 6 times,the COD degradation rate of the wastewater can still reach 91.7%.
