摘　　要：混合二元酸是生产己二酸时的副产物,其中的丁二酸是一种重要的化工原料,且应用非常广泛。采用乙酸酐作为反应试剂,使混合酸中的丁二酸转变成丁二酸酐,然后通过结晶法分离出丁二酸酐,再使丁二酸酐水解得到丁二酸。探索了最优的工艺条件,最终得到纯度为99.99%以上的目标产物,开拓了丁二酸制备的新方法。Mixed binary acid is a byproduct in the production of adipic acid,while the succinic acid in the mixed binary acid is an important chemical raw material and is widely used.Acetic anhydride is used as reaction reagent to transform succinic acid in the mixed acid into succinic anhydride,which is then gotten by crystallization separation and is next hydrolyzed to yield succinic acid.The optimal technology conditions are explored,and the target product with purity of 99.99% is finally obtained,which opens up a new method for the preparation of succinic acid.
