摘 要:为提高玉米秸秆、沼渣的综合利用率和附加值,以玉米秸秆和沼渣混合物为原料,采用热压固化成型技术制备钵育秧盘,并对其成型特性进行试验研究。研究结果表明,物料配比(玉米秸秆与沼渣质量比)、物料含水率、成型温度、成型压力对成型特性具有显著影响。在一定范围内增加物料中玉米秸秆含量、物料含水率以及成型温度可显著提高成型钵盘的抗破坏强度,降低其松弛比。当物料配比为60∶40、物料含水率为12%,成型温度为160℃时,钵盘的抗破坏强度最大,松弛比最小。成型钵盘的抗破坏强度和松弛比成型压力分别呈正相关和负相关。研究结果可为农业废弃物的资源化利用提供参考。The forming characteristics of potted seedling tray prepared from the mixture of corn straw and biogas residue by using the hot press forming technique was assessed.The purpose was to enhance the comprehensive utilization and added value of corn straw and biogas residue.The result showed that the influences of material ratio(mass ratio of corn straw to biogas residue),moisture content of material,forming temperature and forming pressure on forming characteristics were significant.With the proper increase of corn straw and the moisture content of the material could significantly improve the damage resistance and decrease the expansion ratio of the formed seedling tray.The maximum value of damage resistance and minimum value of expansion ratio of the formed seedling tray was obtained as material ratio was 60∶40,moisture content of material as 12% and forming temperature was 160 ℃.And the damage resistance and expansion ratio were positively and negatively correlated with forming pressure,respectively.This finding could provide reference for the resource utilization of agricultural waste.
