摘 要:针对广州强风化花岗岩残积土地层中地铁修建工程事故多发的问题,在广州地铁22号线下穿3号线水平钻孔注浆工程施工中选取强风化花岗岩残积土典型土样,进行颗粒级配、含水量和固结等物理力学试验,结果表明:卵石(圆砾)占残积土土样重量的38.08%,土的不均匀系数C_(u)≈5.76、曲率系数C_(c)≈1.06,为级配良好土;残积土的砂土含量为61.92%,含水量为9.02%;土的压缩模量为1.21~67.73 MPa。试验结果可为广州强风化花岗岩残积土地层重塑和开展地层注浆堵水、加固模拟试验提供科学依据,从而为广州类似地层条件的地铁工程设计、施工和注浆效果评价提供参考。Aiming at the problem of frequent engineering accidents during subway construction in the residual soil stratum of intensely weathered granite in Guangzhou,the typical residual soil samples of intensely weathered granite were selected for particle size distribution,water content and consolidation tests.The results showed that the pebble(boulder)accounted for 38.08%of the weight of the soil sample,the uniformity coefficient C_(u)≈5.76 and the curvature coefficient C_(c)≈1.06,which indicated that the soil was well graded.The sand content of residual soil was 61.92%and the water content of sand soil was 9.02%.The compression modulus of soil was 1.21~67.73 MPa.The test results can provide a scientific basis for the reconstruction of and the simulation test of grouting water plugging and reinforcement the residual soil strata of intensely weathered granite in Guangzhou subway,thus provides reference for subway engineering design,construction and grouting effect evaluation under similar stratum conditions in Guangzhou.
