摘 要:受多因素影响,基于激光衍射法粒度测量实验获得的分散相粒度分布难以直接用于数值模拟计算。采用离散化方法,将粒度仪测得的分散相油滴粒度分布处理为多组颗粒典型粒径及其体积占比替代分布形式。通过开展螺旋分离器油水分离CFD模拟研究与实验数据对比可见,将实测粒径分布曲线分布离散化方法,可用于分离器结构参数、操作参数的模拟研究与分析。Affected by many factors,the particle size distribution of the dispersed oil phase obtained based on the laser diffraction particle size measurement experiment becomes difficult to be directly applied to the numerical simulation calculation.In this paper,having discretization method used to process particle size distribution of the dispersed phase oil droplets measured by the particle size analyzer into multiple groups of typical particle sizes and their volume ratios instead of distribution forms was implemented,including CFD simulation study of the helix separator by using the discretized particle size distribution and comparing of the numerical simulation results with the experimental data.The results show that,the method of discretizing particle size distribution curve measured can be employed for both research and analysis of the separator structure parameters and the operating parameters.
