成球过程中三相物料运动流场仿真

摘  要:为研究成球过程中气液固三相物料的运动状态,进行成球釜内物料的运动流场数值模拟仿真。采用混合网格划分几何模型,各向异性的k-omega模型对流动的湍流现象进行模拟,相间耦合的simple方法对全场流动换热进行数值模拟。结果表明:成球釜内大致可以分为气相、过渡、液相3个流动区域,气相区域的主要流动为气相呈圆周方向绕流;过渡区域三相相互作用,液相和颗粒相向成球釜中心方向流动,并且颗粒相会发生分离和沉积,同时少量气相被裹挟进入液相区域;液相区域液相和颗粒相会产生一个径向-轴向平面上的旋转环并在周向做旋转运动,旋转环首尾相连形成螺旋线。For purpose of investigating the motion of the tri-phase materials in a propellant powder pelletizing tank, simulating the materials’ flow field inside the pelletizing tank was implemented, including having the hybrid grid employed to mesh geometric model of the tank, K-omega model and interphase coupled simple method adopted in the simulation. The results show that, the whole flow field in the tank can be basically separated into three sections, i.e. gas phase region, transition region and fluid phase region. Gas stream in the gas phase region flows along circumference;in the transition region, three phase materials coexist and interact;the fluid and spherical powder particles flow together towards the center of the tank;and particles would separate from the mixed flow and then settled down;meanwhile, a little amount of gas will be entrained by the mixed flow and enter into fluid region. In the liquid region, the liquid and particles meet each other to generate a rotation on the radial-axial plane in the circumferential direction, and the ring-type rotation is connected end to end to form a spiral line.
