摘 要:为实现高温高压阀门阀体小型化、轻量化的目标,针对目前阀体壁厚设计存在较大安全裕量的问题,在不突破现有规范的前提下,提出基于磅级计算的薄壁圆筒壁厚设计方法,以高温高压Y型电磁阀阀体为研究对象,开展阀体壁厚设计,并通过模拟分析和试验验证该方法的可行性。结果表明,与传统方法相比,使用磅级计算的设计方法可使阀体壁厚减薄约15%,且阀体强度满足设计要求。For purpose of miniaturizing and lightening high-temperature and high-pressure valve body and considering larger safety margin in the design of valve body’s wall thickness,a wall thickness design method of thin-walled cylinder based on Lb calculation was proposed under the premise of sticking with the existing specifications.Through taking the Y-type solenoid valve as the research object,the valve body wall thickness was designed and the feasibility of this method was verified by simulation analysis and experiment.The results show that,compared with the traditional method,this Lb calculation method can decrease the wall thickness of the valve body by 15%along with a strength as the design required.
