摘  要:结合“降粘聚结一体”理念,设计一种降粘聚结一体化装置与旋流器串联使用。结果表明:经降粘聚结一体化装置处理后,含聚介质的平均粘度由13.11 mPa·s降低至4.19 mPa·s,平均油滴粒径由0.01 mm增大至0.37 mm。旋流器串联降粘聚结一体化装置后,分离效率明显升高。Through combined with the concept of"viscosity reduction and coalescence integration",a viscosity reduction and coalescence integration device to be used in series with the hydrocyclone was designed.The results show that,after treatment by the viscosity reduction and coalescence integrated device,the average viscosity of the polymer containing medium can decrease from 13.11 mPa·s to 4.19 mPa·s,and the average oil droplet size increases from 0.01 mm to 0.37 mm.When the hydrocyclone is connected in series with the viscosity reduction and coalescence integrated device,the separation efficiency becomes increased obviously.
