摘　　要：建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定化妆品配方中含万寿菊花提取物的α-三联噻吩的方法。化妆品经溶剂提取,提取液经高速离心处理。采用质量分数6%氰丙基苯-质量分数94%二甲基硅氧烷为固定相的DB-624柱(30 m×0.25 mm×1.4μm)进行气相分离测定。α-三联噻吩的线性范围为0.05~10μg/mL,R>0.995;检测限为0.5 mg/kg,加样回收率(n=3)范围为85.8%~96.5%。该方法灵敏度高、专属性好、操作简便、重现性好,已成功用于实际样品的检测。A GC-MS method was developed for the determination ofα-tribenzothiophene in Cosmetics containing tagetes erecta flower extract.Cosmetics samples were prepared by solvent extraction,the extraction solution was obtained by high-speed centrifugation.The column was DB-624 with 6%(mass fraction)cyanopropyl benzene-94%(mass fraction)dimethylsiloxane as the stationary phase(30 m×0.25 mm×1.4μm).Calibration curves ofα-tribenzothiophene were linear in the range of 0.05-10μg/mL,the detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg.The average recovery were 85.8%-96.5%(n=3).The method has high sensitivity,good specificity,simple operation and good reproducibility.It has been successfully used in the detection of real samples.
