摘　　要：以竹黄水提液、烟酰胺、维生素C乙基醚为主要活性成分研制出多功效的美白精华乳,对其感官、理化性能和美白、抗氧化、抗糖化、抗炎性能进行了研究,并通过人体测试和问卷调查评价了产品功效。该产品性能稳定,对DPPH•清除率和酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为68.93%和65.79%,对蛋白质非酶糖基化中期和末期产物抑制率分别为45.61%和76.80%。志愿者使用精华乳90 d后,肌肤光泽度、亮白度、水分含量均有提升,黑色素明显降低,皮肤白皙有光泽。The water extract of tabaxir,nicotinamide and vitamin C ethyl ether were used as the main active ingredients to develop a kind of whitening essence lotion with functional effects,and its sensory physicochemical properties,whitening,anti-oxidation,anti-saccharification and anti-inflammatory properties were studied.The efficacy of the product was evaluated through human testing and questionnaire surveys.The results showed that the performance of the lotion was stable,its DPPH•clearance rate was 68.93%,its tyrosinase inhibition rate was 65.79%,and its inhibition rates of intermediate and terminal products of protein non-enzymatic glycosylation were 45.61%and 76.80%,respectively.Volunteers who used the essence lotion for 90 d had improved skin gloss,whiteness,and moisture content,and their skins were fair and shiny with a significant reduction in melanin.
