额头部位皮肤水分、经表皮水流失率和皮脂的相互关系

摘　　要：为了解皮肤水分含量、经表皮水流失率(TEWL)和皮脂三个参数之间的相关性,选取39名健康女性志愿者,使用无创测试探头进行相关试验。用吸油纸吸取额头表面油脂膜和涂抹凡士林的条件下,探索皮肤油脂膜对Corneometer■CM 825测试水分含量的影响。结果显示,在不去除皮肤表面油脂膜的条件下测试时,皮肤水分含量与皮脂具有显著的负相关(r=-0.713);皮肤水分含量与TEWL不相关(r=0.065);皮脂与TEWL弱相关(r=0.286)。当皮肤表面的油脂膜被吸取后,水分含量显著升高,皮肤水分含量与皮脂含量成弱相关(r=-0.308)。进一步研究表明,在额头、脸颊处涂抹凡士林会显著降低Corneometer■CM 825测试的皮肤水分含量,证明皮肤表面的油脂膜及产品的残留膜会对Corneometer■CM 825的测试产生影响,降低Corneometer■CM 825的测试水分值。所以,没有发现健康女性额头部位皮肤水分含量、TEWL值和皮脂这三个参数之间存在强的相关性,当使用Corneometer■CM 825测试皮肤水分含量时,适度的清洁皮肤和去除皮肤上残留的产品至关重要。To investigate the correlation among skin hydration,transepidermal water loss(TEWL)and skin sebum,thirty nine healthy female volunteers were selected to conduct related experiments using non-invasive test probes.Under the condition of removing skin surface film on the forehead surface with oil-absorbing paper and applying vaseline,the influence of skin surface film on skin hydration was tested by Corneometer■CM 825 probe.Results showed that,the significant negative correlation was found between skin hydration and skin sebum(r=-0.713)without removing the skin surface film.The skin hydration was not correlated with TEWL(r=0.065).In addition,the sebum was weakly correlated with TEWL(r=0.286).When the skin surface film was removed,the skin hydration increased significantly,and the skin hydration was weakly correlated with the sebum content(r=-0.308).Further studies showed that vaseline on forehead and cheek also significantly reduced the skin hydration value tested by Corneometer■CM 825 probe,which proved that skin surface film and the product residual film would affect the test results of Corneometer■CM 825 probe and reduce the skin hydration value tested by Corneometer■CM 825 probe.This study shows no strong correlations among skin hydration,TEWL and skin sebum on naked forehead skin of healthy women.When Corneometer■CM 825 probe is used to evaluate skin hydration,appropriate cleaning and removing of product film are recommended.
