摘　　要：运用政策分析法、案例研究法等,对“双减”背景下青少年校外体育培训监管的现实依据、多重挑战和应对策略进行研究。研究认为,贯彻落实“双减”依法治体、明确教育公益属性、建设高质量教育体系、发挥体育多重育人功能为实施青少年校外体育培训监管提供了现实依据。多重挑战:监管主体不明确、监管范畴不到位、监管手段落后、监管队伍严重不足等。应对策略:明确监管主体,界定监管领域,完善监管手段,充实监管队伍。By using the methods of policy analysis and case study,this paper studied the practical basis,multiple challenges and coping strategies of the supervision of youth off-school sports training under the background of double reduction policy.It is concluded that the implementation of double reduction policy in accordance with the law,the defi nition of public welfare attributes of education,the construction of high-quality education system,and the development of multiple education functions of sports provide a realistic basis for the implementation of the supervision of youth off-school sports training.Multiple challenges:The supervision subject is not clear,the supervision scope is not in place,the supervision means are backward,and the supervision team is seriously insuffi cient.Coping strategies:We need to clarify the subject of supervision,defi ne the areas of supervision,improve the means of supervision,enrich the supervision team.
